Use the workbook space to write in pertinent information and gather photocopies of other documents (such as your property deed) and keep that file with this book.

Historical Data About Your Property

  1. Describe your property — be sure to include number of acres and unique characteristics.

  2. Deeds — list references for all deeds for your property ownership being taken (include adjacent properties with the same name on the deed). This information can be found in your local registry of deeds. Photocopy your deed(s) and keep it in your file.

  3. Covenants — Detail any covenants and or restrictions pertinent to your property (photo copy covenants and place in your file folder).
